John Westbrook Wheelus

John Westbrooke WheelusJohn Westbrook was one of the 1050 operators at Base Supply. I had permission to help families by going off base on the first day of the ‘67 War.

John asked me to collect his [and other] wives and kids -his wife was +-9 months ready!! He hid in the trunk of my car but got caught at the rear gateby the AP’s who forgave us both!
